Wonderful stay just outside the city center
pleasant manager comfortable room
i arrived quite late and the night manager was pleasant. the rooms are functional, nice and neat. breakfast was busy, but isram welcomed me cheerfully was good!). the hotel is near the city center, perfect for business trips.
i stayed on the second floor and experienced noise from the building. this kept me awake for some time. the noise level should be addressed for a more restful sleep.

breakfast included classic english options. fruit, yogurt, and cereals. pancake making was available with a designated machine. juices, water, milk, and a variety of breads, pastries and spreads are also included.

soft pillows prompt room drinking water building surroundings
the rooms felt spacious and the provided hard or soft pillows was a good touch. i also appreciated the prompt room switch when the air con malfunctioned in the original room. the reception staff was very helpful.
there was no drinking water provided in the room i stayed. also, the surroundings of the building was not ideal. this was a slight disappointment.

The room was very clean. It included a kettle and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee, tea, and water, convenient. There was a tv, a fridge, and a safe. The sanitary room featured a bathtub, and fresh towels were provided daily. Breakfast included several options and was always fresh!
The check-in process was a little slow upon arrival.

The staff members were very helpful. The breakfast had tasty food options. The hotel is a short walk from several stations. That was very convenient. The location offered good access to transportation routes.

excellent stay near the city
clean bathroom convenient location
the staff were very helpful and accommodating, even when i needed an extra 45 minutes after checkout. the shower was excellent and the bathroom was clean. i felt i got good value for my money. commuting around was convenient from the hotel location.
The air in the room was not the best. It had a slight sewage smell, unfortunate. opening windows was not an option and the air conditioning did not resolve the issue. this made the room uncomfortable at times.

The hotel breakfast included fresh fruit and plant-based alternatives. a full english breakfast was available along with alternative milk options. this provided diverse choices for various dietary needs. It was very good.

generally alright stay
helpful staff convenient bus friendly staff rough check-in rude manager freshener policy
i liked that staff at the bar are great. shovi especially were very friendly and helpful. i also appreciate that bus route 15 stops outside. it goes straight to trafalgar square and it is very cheap.
my check in wasnt smooth. i found that the night shift manager were a bit rude. ordering food, i asked for air freshener and they say no. i need to get it myself.
